Student Staff Description 2021-2022

Congratulations on being part of the Fiat Lux Scholars Program Student Staff. The 2021-2022 school year is approaching! In order for us to prepare for this upcoming school year, we would like you to complete this webform so we can collect information that will be posted on the Fiat Lux website.

Please write your bio in first person. You may want to include your hometown, year, major, and any fun facts about yourself. Please be mindful that this bio will be on the Fiat Lux website, so revise for grammar mistakes.
Please upload a picture of your current Fall 2021 class schedule as an HTML from your laptop. You can do this by going to the "Schedule by Week" view then going to the week of August 30th and click either "CTRL" + "S" or "Command" + "S" to save it as an HTML file. If you are anticipating any possible schedule changes or additional commitments outside of your class schedule (such as an additional job or extracurricular activities) please notify us in the additional comments section of this form. This is crucial in order for us to schedule work shifts and meeting times. Please be aware that we will do our best to take extracurricular activities into consideration but we cannot guarantee that a shift won't be scheduled during those times.
