About the Student Staff (2019-2020)

Congratulations on being part of the Fiat Lux Scholars Program Student Staff. The 2019-2020 school year is approaching! In order for us to prepare for this upcoming school year, the Fiat Lux Scholars Program will be having a week-long Student Staff Training beginning Monday, August 19th through Friday, August 23rd from 9 AM to 4 PM (1-hour lunch). We encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle.

This is the name that will be used for your name tag. It does not have to be your full legal name; however, make sure it is appropriate (no nicknames).
Please indicate whether you have a dietary restriction (vegan, lactose-intolerant, etc.)
Work polos will be adult size. They will be button-up. (M=male size, F=female size)
Please write your bio in first person. You may want to include your hometown, year, major, and any fun facts about yourself. Please be mindful that this bio will be on the Fiat Lux website, so revise for grammar mistakes.
Please upload a picture of your current Fall 2019 class schedule. It MUST be in "Schedule by Week" view. If you are anticipating any possible schedule changes or additional commitments outside of your class schedule (such as an additional job or extra curricular activities) please notify us in the additional comments section of this form. This is crucial in order for us to schedule work shifts and meeting times. Please be aware that we will do our best to take extra curricular activities into consideration but we cannot guarantee that a shift won't be scheduled during those times.
