Lead Scholars:
- Serve as peer mentors to Second-Year Fiat Lux scholars, such as through holding weekly office hours/one-on-one meetings.
- Connect Second-Year Fiat Lux scholars to resources on and off-campus.
- Plan and facilitate workshops on topics that meet the specific needs of First-Generation college students.
- Collaborate with other campus departments to develop quality programming that promotes resiliency, life skills, and interpersonal development.
- Build an on-campus community that recognizes the identities, values, and beliefs of all students.
- Promote opportunities for active participation to enhance student development through formal and informal experiences.
