The purpose of this Semester Check-in is to provide an opportunity for student staff and the professional staff member who directly oversees them to have an honest and effective conversation about their current job performance in their respective staff positions. This process is rooted in dialogue and creates a space for both student staff and professional staff to address strengths, areas of improvement, concerns, and feedback.
