Please note that filling this form out does not mean that you will automatically receive a Fiat Lux stole. You must complete your requirements in order to be considered. Graduation stoles will be given out during our Recognition Ceremony on April 27th. Make sure you submit an RSVP if you plan on attending when that link is sent out.
