Please fill out this webform by Monday, September 27th before 1:00 PM only if you are expecting to graduate in Fall 2021, Spring 2022, or Summer 2022. Also, make sure to indicate when you will be graduating. Please note that you must complete 100% of your Fiat Lux Requirements prior to receiving your graduation stole.
