These notes will reflect on the discussion that you had with your Lead Scholar. Their purpose is to ensure that you are given the correct resources to aid in your success here at UC Merced. They also serve as a receipt of your meeting so that you are given credit towards your Program Expectations.

Student seems to be experiencing a lot of stress over finding housing over the summer due to issues with current roommates) *Please note that this will not be sent in the student's e-mail confirmation that they will receive as it may contain more personal or confidential information. However we will have record of it.
