This form is meant to provide current Fiat Lux scholars an opportunity to reach out to Professional Staff with concerns they may have regarding meeting their requirements in the Fiat Lux Scholars Program.
This form will be e-mailed to Professional Staff and the scholar will receive a general e-mail confirmation of the submission. While the e-mail confirmation will not display it, the Professional Staff will still have access to all of the information that has been provided by the scholar.
If a scholar has not heard back from a Professional Staff member via e-mail within a week of submitting the form, the scholar is encouraged to e-mail the Fiat Lux account at fiatlux@ucmerced.edu.
This form will open on Monday, January 22nd, 2024, and the form will close on Monday, April 1st, 2024 at 12:00 PM. The form will close so students have time to complete any accommodations or suggestions made by a Professional Staff member in order to maintain eligibility in the program.
As a reminder, all program requirements for Spring 2024 are due Saturday, April 20th, 2024 at 11:59 PM PST for current scholars.
