- Serve as peer mentors to First-Year Fiat Lux scholars, such as through holding weekly office hours/one-on-one meetings.
- Connect First-Year Fiat Lux scholars to resources on and off-campus.
- Plan and facilitate monthly large-scale socials for Fiat Lux participants to foster connections, community, and relationships.
- Build an on-campus community that recognizes the identities, values, and beliefs of all students.
- Promote opportunities for active participation to enhance student development through formal and informal experiences.
